Treasure Island Tower

San Francisco CA | Under Construction

This residential tower is the first market-rate high-rise on Treasure Island and is located on one of the first active parcels in the redevelopment of the former naval station in San Francisco Bay.

An anchor for the 405-acre development, this 22-story residential tower features 250 homes as well as active ground-floor uses, including an entry lobby with leasing offices, a corner café, live-work units, and a broad central courtyard designed by GLS Landscape | Architecture. With a folded façade, the tower maximizes views of the city’s iconic Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge—as well as the San Francisco skyline.

The 220-foot highrise is bounded to the north by the dynamic shared public way that extends through all sites in this first phase of development on Treasure Island. Designed by CMG Landscape Architects, this shared passage will emphasize pedestrians and bicyclists over cars and will connect residents of all buildings.
