Architect or Architectural Designer: (5-10 years)
We are seeking a talented and engaged licensed architect or architectural designer to join us in Birmingham or the San Francisco Bay Area. Experience in multifamily housing design and sustainable design is a plus.
Construction Administration Architect (10+ years)

Interior Architect/Designer (5+ years)
We are seeking a creative and collaborative Interior Architect or Designer with an interest in housing, hospitality, and social justice. This position—for a licensed interior architect or an interior designer— will work in our Interiors studio to manage projects from acquisition through design and execution. We’re looking for a capable, collaborative person who can work with our in-house team across many projects as well as independently.

Urban Studio Lead
DBA's Urban Design Studio provides a unique opportunity to work at both the urban and architectural scale. The Urban Studio Lead is a strategic leader, with ownership for the development and growth of DBA_Urban. This includes leading projects through all stages, developing new and existing clients, preparing and presenting proposal for projects, and mentoring junior team members. The incumbent will have a background in both architecture and urban design, be well-versed in housing rules of thumb, and be comfortable leading projects as the primary client point of contact.
