Stone Hogan is the 22.8 acre development of a greenfield site in Atlanta, GA. The three-project plan with include over 500 homes.

The Flats and Villas are part of the Stone Hogan Masterplan, the development of a 22.77 acre greenfield site in the City of Atlanta for the development of approximately 511 homes in three projects—Flats at Stone Hogan, Villas at Stone Hogan, and Townhomes at Stone Hogan. This project includes the Flats and Villas projects only, both of which are 100% affordable, and will encompass 13.5 acres of the 22.77 acre site. Of the remaining site area, 4.4 acres will remain in a conservation easement, and 4.9 acres will be used for the future Townhome project. The site has significant topography and contains a wetland, which will remain in the conservation easement. All DCA building standards must be met for residential buildings.

Flats at Stone Hogan (Family Project) is the development of 256 family apartments on approximately 8.30 acres, including a standalone community center and 3 residential buildings. Each of the residential buildings will be 4 stories tall, Type V slab-on-grade construction. The community center will be a 1-story Type V building. Residential buildings will have conditioned corridors, are double-loaded, and have two elevators per building for planning purposes. Parking will be provided in standalone garages adjacent to the residential buildings with connection locations to be determined. Family apartments will be provided in a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms.

Villas at Stone Hogan (Senior Project) is the development of 192 senior apratments in 2 buildings on approximately 5.20 acres situated around a terraced courtyard. Each of the 2 senior apartment buildings will be 4 stories tall, Type V construction, and include at-grade community space at the ground floor. Buildings are single-loaded with unconditioned corridor ‘porches’ that will act as extensions of resident living space. Units are a mix of 1 & 2-bedroom apartments, and parking will be provided in standalone garages across the street from the senior buildings.
