Stone Hogan Framework Plan

Atlanta GA | Completed

2026

Stone Hogan is the development of a 22.8-acre greenfield site in the Greenbriar neighborhood of southwest Atlanta. The plan encompasses more than 500 homes across three projects—affordable family homes, affordable senior homes, and upcoming townhomes.

The Stone Hogan Framework Plan includes the Flats at Stone Hogan—affordable housing for working families—and the Villas at Stone Hogan—affordable homes for older adults ages 55 and over. These two communities encompass 13.5 acres of the 22.77 acre site. The site has significant topography and contains a wetland, which will remain in a 4.4-acre conservation easement. The site's remaining 4.9 acres will be used for a future Townhome project.

The Flats at Stone Hogan is a 256-home community for working families featuring a standalone community center and three four-story residential buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes on approximately 8.3 acres. Parking is provided in standalone garages adjacent to the residential buildings.

The Villas at Stone Hogan includes 192 affordable senior apartments in two four-story buildings centered on a terraced community courtyard.
