This welcoming hospitality property offers short-term stays for employees and collaborators on a corporate campus.

Designed to support staff visiting the tech campus for work trips, Bay View Suites is linked to corporate headquarters by a series of bicycle and walking paths. The modular mid-rise structure—two volumes of five and six stories—offers streamlined guest suites atop an amenity-rich ground floor. The hotel-style lobby provides security and guest check-in, a self-serve cafe, a game room, and flexible indoor and outdoor zones for connecting or coworking in comfort. A roofdeck offers views out across the landscaped campus, which can be explored by a fleet of share bikes parked just outside the front door.
