Faster and More Affordable Solutions to Homelessness in San Francisco

Tahanan Supportive Housing in San Francisco will provide studio homes and supportive services to people experiencing homelessness at record speed and at half the price. A $65 million gift to Tipping Point Community's Chronic Homeless Initiative from Charles and Helen Schwab has led to the development of this new 145-unit building for people experiencing homelessness in San Francisco and will support the construction and renovation of more housing in the future.

This project is a collaboration between Tipping Point, San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund, Mercy Housing, and David Baker Architects.
