Accessed through a secret passageway, the Shotwell Garden Retreat is a quiet private court in a custom residence.

A part of the Shotwell Compound, Shotwell Garden Retreat is a studio apartment off a quiet private garden court with giant timber bamboo and outdoor dining area. Access is through a gate off the street and then down a secret passageway to the garden. Passageway has a mural by a local Mission artist.

Includes a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and stove-top, but no freezer or oven. Bathroom with walk in shower. There is a Bosch clothes washer and dryer. Queen size bed with super comfortable SONOS mattress and down comforter in an alcove. Closet and bed with storage drawers custom made from sustainable bamboo. Radiant heated polished concrete floor.
