Blue Oak Landing

Located just north of downtown Vallejo, Blue Oak Landing is new permanent supportive housing that will serve unhoused or at-risk individuals, couples, and families. The community consists of 75 apartments in two four-story buildings linked by open-air circulation across a shared courtyard.

A ground-floor services suite will provide property management and social assistance, including case management. Building amenities include a computer learning center, community room with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, a courtyard with community planting beds, and secure indoor bicycle parking.

The all-electric building is being built with modular technology to streamline construction and speed housing delivery.

Factory_OS is producing the prefabricated modules on Mare Island in Vallejo.
