This high-rise project replaces a vacant two-story commercial structure with a 120-foot residential tower atop an active ground floor featuring both commercial and community space.
The 14-story tower is capped by a penthouse unit and a community room that opens onto a rooftop deck with expansive views. The building includes 50 homes in approximately 37,000 square feet of residential space: 24 studios and 26 two-bedroom apartments, one-third of which are BMR units reserved for low-
and mid-income households.
Located in the Polk Gulch neighborhood of San Francisco, the project is seeking approval under the HOME-SF Density Bonus Program.
