Unlocking Housing: Single Stair Reform: HCD Webinar

This webinar, presented by the Housing & Community Development (HCD). Knowledge Community, will explore the three top winners in the national 2025 Single Stair Housing Design Competition. Carley Leckie will speak about the David Baker Architects' scheme (winner for the San Francisco site); Norbert Schlotter, AIA, will speak about his scheme (winner for the Portland, OR, site); and Christian Calle Figuero and Alexis Schulman will speak about their scheme (winner for the Austin site). Tom Jaleski, FAIA, will also speak and DBA principal Chelsea Johnson, AIA, who also represents HCD, will moderate the session. The webinar is open to all, worth 1 CE/LU, and free to join.
