San Francisco's first Affordable Housing Day was October 6, 2012. Open houses took place across the city, with examples of rental, ownership, senior, family, and special needs housing available for viewing.

Affordable Housing Day San Francisco was sponsored by the Council of Community Housing Organizations, the AIA San Francisco, and SPUR.
