East Santa Clara Mixed-Use will bring 660 affordable homes with a mix of senior and family housing, ground floor retail, public open space, and bike and pedestrian passages to San Jose, California.

The proposed project is located at the former hospital site at 675 E Santa Clara Street between 14th and 15th street. The site falls within the bounds of the Urban Village Plan and the East Santa Clara Street Master Plan. The project proposes the construction of six new multi-family residential buildings.
