Located near downtown Nashville, the masterplan for 26th and Clarksville consists of 8 buildings including a community hub and will bring 156 new, affordable homes to the area. 

The artist-focused neighborhood combines efficient apartments for low-income seniors, family townhomes, maker spaces, and a community plaza.
