Crescent Cove won a 2008 Grand Award, bringing the firm's Builders Choice Award tally to 12.

According to Builder Magazine Senior Design Editor Jenny Sullivan, David Baker was chosen to be honored based on the longevity and legacy of his career, particularly with regard to his leadership and innovation in the areas of sustainable and affordable housing.
