affordable family apartments cluster around a courtyard in the SOMA district.

5. SOMA Residences
located in the SOMA district of San Francisco, this project combines 278 affordable and market rate units.

6. 8th + Howard Affordable Housing
a family and small-studio housing complex in San Francisco with ground level commercial space and a childcare center.

7. 18th + Arkansas
a combined market rate and affordable non-profit development located on the site of an abandoned railroad tunnel on a steep site in the Potrero Hill neighborhood.

9. Clock Tower Lofts
a renovated lithograph warehouse, in the SOMA district, resulted in 127 unique live/work lofts ranging in size from 600 to 3,000 square feet.
