Parking Lite

These projects feature limited parking: from less that one parking spot per unit down to no on-site parking whatsoever. These low parking ratios are in response to several factors, including the buildings' proximity to transit; the building populations' lack of cars; and our interest in reducing global warming and the domination of the automobile.
