Map

Axonometric of a typical loft. Image: David Baker

The loft layout is flexible and open.

View from south up Fourth Street.

A former wine warehouse finessed into 85 live-work loft spaces, with seismic and aesthetic upgrades that just take the edge off the industrial space.

Sleek lines and modern lighting.

Interior detail.

Existing wabi sabi exposed concrete contrasts with the new. The Pac-Man Table, designed by David Baker, can be pulled away from the corner and made whole with the addition of a wedge-shaped leaf.
