Map

Although cottage units are entered from interior courts, handicap-accessible units are located in street-facing flats, eliminating the need for stairs.

Urban affordable housing across from Golden Gate Park designed to echo the typology of the existing Haight neighborhood. Walk up flats have individual doors located at street level. Tuck under parking provides more than 1.5 cars of enclosed parking per unit.
