Northwest perspective.

This high-density design brings more than 70,000 square feet of affordable housing to West Oakland without sacrificing neighborhood scale.

The local community informed the design throughout, and entrances, porches, and courtyards, connect the project with the surrounding streets.

Relationships were maintained with all preexisting residents to ensure active participation in the design, and offer first placement in the new project.
