This mixed-use affordable senior housing is the cornerstone of the Sunnydale HOPE SF Master Plan, which will replace and bolster declining public housing stock and bring connectivity and amenities to this southern San Francisco neighborhood.
The project represents a collaborative effort amongst architects Van Meter Williams Pollack, David Baker + Partners, Toby Levy Design, and Saida + Sullivan Design Partners to devise a cogent new community.
The 150-unit senior building will feature a lively pedestrian-friendly streetscape and house retail and restaurant spaces, a bank, health center, and police substation.
