Mason on Mariposa, Potrero 1010, and 855 Brannan each integrate new homes and businesses, offer public open space and promote neighborhood connectivity, and take a sensitive approach to bringing density to the SOMA and Potrero neighborhoods. This relatively flat 1.1-mile bike ride will include property visits and provide insights into how community outreach shaped each project and how the designs balance density and livability.
